THE PRODUCT, IN PRACTICE

See the whole shop.
Act on what matters.

ServiceOps is being built as an AI operating center for owners, managers, and COOs. As integrations are added, it is designed to watch shop management/POS, CRM, calls, marketing, and financial performance together, then explain a priority and recommend a move. The owner approves customer-facing action and reviews the result. Experienced operators can inspect the evidence; newer ones get a plain-language explanation.

BEHIND THE GOAL

“We’re busy. Why is sales pace behind?”

Read workload, sold hours, sales, and gross profit together to see what deserves a closer look.

SCATTERED SIGNALS

“The answer is in five different systems.”

The broader product is designed to connect shop software, CRM, calls, and marketing in one decision view.

THE NEXT MOVE

“I see the issue. What should we do?”

Get a plain-language reason and a recommended action, then approve, assign, and review the result.

Next move to review: Higher-value declined work for advisor follow-up. A targeted text campaign is a planned option after owner approval. Open work stays unbooked until confirmed.

Current pilot: Manual check-ins, reviewed KPI reports, Work Bank, recommendations, owner approval, assignments, and recorded outcomes.

Planned connections: Shop management/POS, CRM, calls, and marketing signals; AI analysis across them and owner-approved campaign execution.

BEYOND THE BRIEFING

The numbers are
only the start.

A signal becomes useful when someone understands it, owns the next move, and can see the result. The pilot starts with check-ins and reviewed reports; connected shop systems, calls, CRM, and campaigns are the next stage.

THE OPERATING LOOP

See it. Decide.
Assign. Review.

WORK BANK · CURRENT PILOT

“The estimate was declined. Who follows up?”

Keep open work visible, assign an approved follow-up, and record the outcome. It stays unbooked until the customer confirms an appointment.

CALLS + CRM · PLANNED CONNECTIONS

“The phone rang. What happened next?”

Bring call and CRM activity beside booked work so a manager can see unfinished opportunities and decide where to intervene.

RESULTS · PILOT + PLANNED

“We tried a campaign. Did it help?”

In today’s pilot, review assigned actions against later check-ins. With connected messaging and shop results, compare responses, confirmed bookings, and sold work before repeating a campaign.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Straight answers.
Clear expectations.

What works in the current pilot and what is being built next.

What does ServiceOps actually do?

It turns the shop information you enter into a priority, supporting evidence, a recommended next step, an assigned owner, and a recorded outcome. The current pilot uses daily check-ins, reviewed shop KPI reports, and entered Work Bank opportunities. The broader operating center is designed to bring shop management, CRM, calls, and marketing into that same decision flow.

Do I have to know all the numbers to use it?

No. Start with the plain-language reason and the suggested next step. If you already know your KPIs, you can inspect the supporting figures before deciding. ServiceOps should help both the owner who wants a quick read and the operator who wants the detail.

Does it replace my shop software or CRM?

No. Keep those systems for repair orders, customer communication, and the work they already do. Today your team enters check-ins and reviews a shop KPI report before using its figures. Direct shop-management, CRM, call, and marketing connections are planned, not live in this pilot.

Will it text customers or launch a campaign?

The current pilot does not send messages or call customers. An owner approves and assigns follow-up; an advisor uses the shop’s existing tools and records the outcome. Connected campaigns are planned as owner-approved actions. A suggestion does not create a booking or guarantee a sale.

How will I know whether an action helped?

You can record the assigned follow-up’s status and outcome, then review later shop check-ins and reports. Connected calls, campaigns, and shop results are planned for a fuller view over time. A before-and-after comparison alone does not prove what caused a change.

How can I get access?

ServiceOps is currently invitation-only. If you have an invitation, set your password from the invitation email, then use Log In. Public sign-up and access requests are not available on this page yet.
